Shipping policy

Areum Korean Dessert Shop ships all orders with Post NL. Please note you always order 1 week in advance. All of our orders will be sent only in the next following week om Thursday.

PostNL delivers their packages 99% on the next working day, but we cannot guarantee this when there are unusual times depending on holidays, busyness or any other unseen circumstances.

Please keep in mind that usual delivery times can vary depending on destination/area of where you live. Please keep in mind to be at home or having someone at home to receive the cookies.

Please note that once the parcel has been shipped, the control is no longer in our hands, but on the carrier instead. Please contact us if your cookie has arrived damaged or you are unhappy with any aspect of your order. 

Do note that we will not be liable to you in respect of any complaint not raised within 24 hours of delivery by us or collection by you

Shipping details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping any packages returned to the sender due to issues with delivery.

We are not obliged to any refund/costs of the above situations.

Please opt for Shipping with Verzekering so order will always be refunded IF package got lost by carrier.
