Q - Where is my order?
For every order, a tracking code will be sent to your mailbox. Please check also your spam box.
Q- When will I receive my order?
All orders will be shipped in the next following week on Thursday.
Please note you ALWAYS order one week in advance.

PostNL delivers their packages 99% on the next working day, but we cannot guarantee this when there are unusual times depending on holidays, busyness or any other unseen circumstances.
(we do not ship on weekends)
Q- Do you accept returns?
Given the perishable nature of our cookies, we are not able to accept returns.
Q- Can I cancel my order?
All orders made are final and cannot be cancelled due to the already made planning. Please let us know if you want to modify your order. Please send us an email to info@areumbakery.com
Q- How do I storage the cookies?
The cookies can be kept in the refrigerator for a maximum of 10 days and at room temperature for ± 7 days.
Please make sure to keep the cookies in an airtight container.
Note: Our cream cheese cookies must be kept in the refrigerator. Once received please put the cookies in the refrigerator.
The cookies can be stored in the freezer for up to 1-2 months.

Also pregnant women can enjoy our cookies. Our cookies do not contain raw eggs or alcohol.
